Return to Blogland

So I've made a return to the world of the Blog. I have a reason.

My reason is this: I have many thoughts and considerations about the world around me. I wish to share those thoughts with anybody who will listen to them. I welcome commentary and discussion as well. I also offer opinions, which some of you might not agree with. That's fine, you can get your own blog and rant about your own opinions.

Let me just start with this observation: Today, I was sitting at an intersection when I noticed the car in the lane next to me had one of those "Baby On Board, drive safely" stickers on the window. I also noticed that the car itself was beyond the white stop line for the intersection. Perhaps the sticker should be moved to the front to allow the driver to follow it's message. I'd hate for the child in question to be injured, not because of the negligence of another driver, but their own parent/guardian.

If to say a giant "fuck you" to the situation, right as my left turn arrow came, a car ran the red light in front of me and the above mentioned car and I was within a few seconds of having to seek alternate transportation for the conceivable future.

Expect more of this as the blog goes along. I just hope that I can keep updating it on time, or at least regularly...
